This site is designed as a reference for the study of the soldiers of the Greek polis.

The site uses frames, in future there will be a frameless version but not quite yet. As such it is a work in progress, content will be added as I research it. Any contributions submitted will be considered on their own merit and are very welcome, but I don't promise to publish anything. Any input on site design/ease of use will be gratefully accepted, I'm learning as I go along here...
